Hey, I'm Kooms!
So you're here because you're planning on getting married at some point. Congratulations!
Here's a little about me so you can get a vibe on whether I'm the right person to get you and your partner hitched.
I became a celebrant because I couldn't decide what to get one of my best mates for a wedding gift, so I thought I'd offer to be the one to marry them. Turns out, I bloody loved being a part of their most special day and crafting a ceremony that captured their energy and love, and according to the groom's mum, I was pretty damn good at it.
With me behind the mic, you can expect your ceremony to be heartfelt and genuine. I'll get to know the two of you and ask you a bunch of questions with the end result being that your ceremony reflects you so well that your guests will think that I must be a mate of yours that they just haven't met.
Planning a wedding can be pretty stressful at times, but I'm here to make it as chill and enjoyable as possible. Let’s grab a coffee or have a virtual chat to discuss your perfect wedding!

But don't just take my word for it!
Here are some nice words from some nice people I've married

My Services
Every wedding is different, and for just about any situation you've got, I've got a way of making it work. So consider the pricing below a rough guide.
Just the Legals
~$500
What's involved:
I'll smash out all your paperwork and guide you through the process. Turn up looking sharp, say some magic words, sign some papers with you and get them all lodged.
This is a great option if you're wanting the minimum amount of "wedding" in your getting married. Whether you're looking to not break the bank or have an additional wedding ceremony elsewhere, or even if you've got a bestie who's an awesome speaker who you want to run your wedding ceremony and you can smash the legal stuff out beforehand, I can make that happen for you.

The Signature Package
~$1250
What's involved:
My most popular option. I'll catch up with you beforehand to get some paperwork sorted and get a stronger vibe on the two of you as a couple. From there I'll write you up your own unique ceremony that captures the love you have for one another, full of good vibes, some laughs and, all things going well, a couple of happy tears. Occasionally from me.

These ceremonies usually end up between 25-30 minutes, but I'll work with you and your timeframes. No limits on guest numbers and I'll bring my kickass PA system with me at no extra cost.

I'll turn up looking sharp and with plenty of time to spare. I'll perform your perfect ceremony, guide you through the marriage signing stuff, and then get it all lodged for you.

Optional Extra: Kooms the MC ~$500
Don't want to have to rely on one of your mates to stay sober enough to nail the emcee-ing for your reception? Why not leave it to a professional - one who's there already - this guy!
I've got a long and storied history in presenting. I've been a trivia host, a beer sales rep, a flying trapeze instructor and circus performer. You want someone who can get the required info across and keep a crowd from yawning? Someone who'll bring the thunder and get everyone on the dancefloor when the time comes? That's my jam. Let me know if you're thinking about it and we can chat.

Micro Wedding
~$900
What's involved:
A shorter ceremony for a smaller crowd, but you'll still get the full celebrant experience. including me getting to know you, hand writing and performing a ceremony that is unique to the two of you, support you with writing your personal vows and obviously all the legals and paperwork (and access to my swish PA setup).
If you're having a smaller, more intimate wedding (up to 30 guests) this is probably what you want to be looking at.

The Whole Enchilada
~$1950
What's involved:
If I offer it, this package includes it. Everything in the Signature package, plus an included on-site rehearsal, emcee services, me at your beck and call right from the get-go, the works!
Optional Extra: On-Site Rehearsal
~$150
I'll meet you at the venue, and we'll run through the whole thing (bar me actually reading the script) so you can figure out where to stand, where people will be coming from and going, when the music will start, when it'll end, who ends it, etc etc.
Is this required for a smooth ceremony? Nope!
Will it give you a bit more confidence with what's happening on the day and that it'll all go smoothly? Absolutely!
